• Unforeseen obstacles (rock, utilities, etc.)
• Weather delays or other circumstances beyond our control

Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated and approved before additional work is performed.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

We strive to maintain our schedule and complete projects on time. However:

• Weather conditions may affect scheduling
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
• We will communicate any schedule changes promptly

As a client, you agree to:

• Obtain necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed)

• Ensure safe access to the work site
• Remove personal property from the work area

Bunker Excavation is fully licensed and insured in the State of Utah. We carry:

• General liability insurance
• Workers' compensation insurance
• Equipment insurance

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or underground structures not disclosed prior to work beginning.

When using our website, you agree not to:
